Data is processed on our behalf by a third-party provider, Net.DE AG, Büttnerstrasse 57, 30165 Hannover, Germany, which hosts and displays the website for us. This helps to safeguard our legitimate interests in correctly displaying our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, Art. 6 Para. 1(f) GDPR. All data which is collected within the scope of using this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below is processed on its servers. Any processing on other servers only takes place within the scope outlined here.
2. Access data in server log files
Every time you call up a website, the webserver only automatically stores a server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, data and time of the request, amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the request.
This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purposes of ensuring error-free operation of the website as well as improving our offer. This helps to safeguard our legitimate interests in correctly displaying our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, Art. 6 Para. 1(f) GDPR. All access data is deleted no later than fourteen days after the end of your visit to our site.
3. Data collection and use for initiating contact

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1(a) p. 1 GDPR on the basis of your voluntary consent.
After processing the enquiries, your data is restricted for further processing and deleted upon the expiry of any tax and commercial retention periods unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to further data use which is permitted by law and about which we inform you below.

We also reserve the right to use your first and last name as well as your postal address for our own advertising purposes, e.g. to send you interesting offers and information about our products by post. Use of Google services

If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it is abbreviated before being stored on Google's servers by activating IP anonymization. Google Analytics
For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information on your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created with the use of pseudonyms. Cookies can be used for this purpose. The IP address is, as a rule, not combined with other Google data. The data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement on order processing by Google.
YouTube video plugin
To integrate third-party content, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is collected via the YouTube video plugin in the extended data protection mode used by us, transmitted to Google and then processed by Google only when you play a video.
7. Social media
Our online presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok
Insofar as you have given your consent to the respective social media operator in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1(a) p. 1 GDPR, your data is automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes when you visit our online presences on the social media mentioned above, from which usage profiles are created with the use of pseudonyms. 8. Contact opportunity and your rights

- in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, the right to request information about your personal data processed by us to the extent specified therein;
- in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, the right to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us without delay;
- in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing is necessary
- in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as
